The song comes ahead of his upcoming tour supporting Thirty Seconds to Mars and follows his recent collaborative singles with Bad Omens (“VAN”) and Knocked Loose (“Suffocate”) .
Constantly shifting genres, Poppy works with a modern pop-metal sound in “New Way Out” – a song about “self-growth and stepping outside the box”.
The single, which you can listen to below, was produced by Jordan Fish , who recently left Bring Me The Horizon and is working with various metal acts such as Architects , Spiritbox , and most recently, Poppy.
